XXL

Steak & Frites | Burger & Frites

Two menus, the same signature dish. The Steak & Frites is available at XXL by Olivier Lisboa, Porto, Quinta do Lago and Pine Cliffs, while the Burger & Frites is exclusive to XXL by Olivier Lisboa and Quinta do Lago.

The unmistakable Steak & Frites: 200g of Entrecôte, served with Café Paris or Olivier sauce, unlimited fries, salad with requeijão cheese, warm baguette and Azorean butter.

More recently, the Burger & Frites was added: the same signature and structure of the menu, reinterpreting the concept in a burger version.

At XXL by Olivier, our menu is carefully crafted to offer a complete and sophisticated gastronomic experience. We combine traditional dishes with the creative touch of Chef Olivier da Costa. From the Entrecôte Café Paris, renowned for its rich flavor and succulent texture, to the Bife XXL, perfect for meat lovers—each dish is a celebration of classic flavors with a contemporary twist. To complement your meal, we offer a carefully curated wine list, featuring selections that enhance the intense and delicate flavors of our dishes.

XXL by Olivier is the result of the transformation of the iconic XL restaurant, which, since 1994, has been a meeting place for politicians, artists, and Lisbon’s elite.

Today, under the creative vision of Chef Olivier da Costa, the restaurant preserves its tradition with a modern touch. Each dish is a tribute to Portuguese and French cuisine, reinterpreted with the Chef’s contemporary creativity, offering a unique experience in a sophisticated and welcoming atmosphere.
